Description: Provides support to the Legal functions of the Company, working jointly for both the General Counsel & Litigation Manager. Will assist with the day to day administrative management of the legal department, including, aiding in the management of internal litigation files & complaint management process of the Company. This person is also responsible for scheduling/making appointments; copying correspondence; scanning documents; assist attorneys in collecting information; mail, fax or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence; draft & type office memos; review files & perform database searches; organize & maintain files, documents & the company legal library; manage the internal complaint process; process complaints received from the Department of Insurance and other sources; maintain the Company Complaint log/files; perform initial research on complaints & assist with follow up.
Job Requirements: Must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally & in writing; able to work at times with minimal direction; must be proficient with Microsoft programs including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Outlook & Word. Must be able to learn other software programs; must have ability to plan, schedule and organize effectively. Must have a sound knowledge & ability in business correspondence & an ability to proofread for grammar, spelling & punctuation with a high degree of accuracy. Prior insurance or legal experience preferred.

Description: Reviews coverage issues, commercial and complex large losses to ensure accuracy, compliance to state regulations, the company’s standard policy and procedures, and adherence to required performance measurements. Oversees and works exceptional litigated files. Train and assist less experienced examiners large losses to ensure accuracy, compliance to state regulations, the company’s standard policy and procedures, and adherence to required performance measurements. Reviews, evaluates, and processes claims and makes recommendations for solutions. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Collaborates with Service Providers on general issues under the guidance of the Claims Manager.
Job Requirements: Must have 5 years related experience. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and Excel. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Also responsible for assisting in the establishment and maintenance of a computers software within the company’s operations; Assists in the creation and maintenance of the software for intranet, internet and email operations; Assists in the creation and maintenance of internet websites; Recommend appropriate hardware and software to perform necessary functions in an operational reliable environment; Assist in training users in the toolkit software operations; Assist in training users on network software operations; Assist in the resolutions of users computer problems.
Job Requirements: Must have 3-5 years experience in computer technology; Up-to-date knowledge of computer hardware and software products; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology. Must have the ability to apply creative techniques in computer work and have the ability to isolate, analyze and resolve problems.
