Change to Personal Lines Deductible Options
 
Louisiana Citizens will no longer offer the $10,000 AOP deductible option on new business or endorsements effective January 1, 2016. 
If a customer currently has this deductible, they may keep it. 
If the policy is canceled, or another deductible is selected, the $10,000 AOP deductible option is no longer available.

Inspection Statement No Longer Required
 
Effective immediately, the signed inspection statement for new personal lines policies is no longer a required document. Producers, however, will need to be familiar with the risks, and their acceptability for the form selected, based on our underwriting guidelines.
