you are an LA Citizens policy holder your questions should be addressed to your
agent/producer.
If
you are an LA Citizens producer your questions should be addressed to the
Service Provider assigned to the policy.
You
may not request any changes to specific policies, such as mailing address
changes, endorsement requests, or cancellation requests via this website.
These requests must be submitted in writing and sent to the Service
Provider assigned to the policy. Any cancellation requests or requests to
change coverages must be signed by both the producer and the insured.
