The Senior BA is responsible for all aspects of web content coordination and project plan management including: collaborating with project sponsors, key stakeholders, all levels of employees, and other BA’s to develop project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in support of business goals.  The Sr. BA must be able to create and maintain key performance indicator charts and graphs, and oversee daily operational aspects of a project and its scope. 

Candidate must possess excellent abilities in consensus building.  Knowledge, skills, and abilities must include strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent content presentation skills, and be a team player.  Candidate must have proven problem solving and analytical skills and be detail oriented. 
Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Products.   3 plus years of relevant business analytics, reporting and communication experience required.  3 plus years of property and casualty insurance experience preferred.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
