LPMS Requires that the user have a High-Speed Internet connection (Cable\DSL). This website and LPMS also require that Internet Explorer 7 or greater is used to access any sections of the site. Adobe Reader 7 or higher must be installed in order to view any of the downloadable documents and reports.
