For General Procedural Underwriting Questions, please send an email to PolicyAdmin@lacitizens.com. General Underwriting questions may be addressed to any of the Service Providers.

For Billing and Payment Issues, please dial 1-888-568-6455

1. Press 1 if you have the Policy # and Effective date for automated services.

2. If you would like to be transferred to a Call Center Representative just hold.
If the Call Center Representative cannot answer all of your questions, you will be transferred to the Billing Queue or to the Service Provider for that policy.
